New Applegarth Estate offers best value-for-money estate living on the Peninsula

Applegarth Estate is a new eco-friendly estate located just two minutes from Constantia Nek. Building is underway and the first luxury house is complete, says Mr Ashley Larter from Seeff Hout Bay who is marketing the estate.

It is also home to Chapman's Peak Drive which, along with Victoria Drive offers among the most scenic cycling, running and drives in the world.
