Seeff's Human Resource Development Department provides the highest standard of training in South Africa, helping you to become a leader in the South African Real Estate Industry. Development of Human Resources is holistic and caters for all levels of training across all employee categories. Delivery methods include e-learning, live webinars, face to face sessions as well as scenario-based micro learning through Seeff's mobile app and other online tools.
Seeff has also partnered with David Knox, an internationally recognized real estate speaker and trainer. The David Knox Learning Portal boasts over 300 videos with advanced topics on real estate pricing techniques, negotiation skills, and overcoming the most challenging objections.
Leadership Development
With the assistance of the Seeff HRD Division, Seeff became the only South African Real Estate company to send all its licensees to University to complete a Senior Management Course at the University of Stellenbosch's Business School.
Through partnering with USB-ED principals and managers were upskilled to a higher level than the NQF level 5 required by our industry regulator. In 2015 the HRD Division partnered again with the University of Stellenbosch Business School to afford Principals, Managers, Agents, Administrators and Head Office Executives the opportunity to complete an Advanced Leadership Programme, helping to further their education and awarding Seeff further insight into what it takes to be a successful leader in a sales organisation. the real estate industry.
