The Armoury Boxing Club offers you the opportunity to get strong and fit, boost your confidence and relieve stress in a no-nonsense, inclusive, friendly and motivating environment.
The Armoury is a good old-fashioned boxing club that offers great workouts and progressive learning through one-on-one coaching and uplifting Boxing Fitness and Armoury Physical Training classes.
The Armoury boasts a number of classes that focus on everything from fitness and physical condition to strength, stamina and speed. Their Boxing Coaches and Physical Training Instructors are highly qualified, proudly distinctive and second to none. The Armoury is not only for those looking to prepare for Fight Night. The club is also available for those looking to torch the fat, get into shape, cross-train or simply let off some steam.
Membership includes all regular classes such as the CrossBox, Skills & Sparring and coaches own classes. CrossBox is their core class, combining functional training and authentic boxing training techniques to learn basic skills and build the fitness base. Skills & Sparring is for those who actually want to box. The Armoury also hosts team building events.
Boxing is no longer a male-only popular sport. Women make a noteworthy portion of the club's membership base. The club welcomes members of any age or gender. In the ring everyone is equal.
