The Iron Works is a brand new mixed-use development situated in Upper Woodstock. The ground floor will comprise retail stores and businesses while four levels of residential apartments make up the rest of the development. There are also three levels of underground parking.
The newest development in the suburb is set for completion in November 2018. The Iron Works features state-of-the-art security systems and CCTV cameras throughout the development. It is located on the corner of Ravenscraig Road and Victoria Road in Woodstock.

The three main retail tenants at The Iron Works are Big Box, The Mash Tun and Open Streets. Big Box is the anchor tenant - a unique blend of multi-faceted and independent businesses that operate from the same co-working space. Big Box will host clothing stores, food outlets and cafés, where business owners can work together as part of a commercial community in Woodstock.
Big Box has locations around the world, which offers small business owners the chance to expand their companies and set up shops overseas. Big Box also serves as a self-sufficient ecosystem where business can support one another and help the community at the same time.
