As we approach the end of 2020, we take time to reflect on a year which has most certainly literally turned our world around. 'Coronavirus', 'Covid-19', words which are now part of our daily conversations, words which are mentioned a hundred times on news channels and on the radio, words which we hope will soon disappear from the face of the earth...

This virus has causped so much heartache and pain all over - deaths, job losses, borders closed, lockdowns, so much uncertainty and so much anxiety as to what the future holds for us as human beings, as business owners, as bread winners...

But in life we always have two choices - to choice between bad and good, the choice between crying and laughing, the choice between allowing ourselves to being overtaken by anxiety or to let the peace fill up our souls and to me the choice is always very simple; in that case will allow myself to be overtaken by anxiety make any difference in the circumstances of life currently?
