I have started to work at Seeff Middelburg on 20 May 2019. With nearly three years working in the Real Estate business, I am enjoying my work in the administrative department.

Currently my main duties consist of arranging the maintenance and the collection of outstanding rent. With 35 years' experience in the Banking industry where part of my duties was also collecting outstanding payments this is not a new field for me and I love to do the collections although it is a different ball game in the Real Estate Business. Attending the Mpumalanga Housing Tribunal was an eye opener to me and open a new perspective to me. Maintenance is quite a challenge to keep all the papers, call records, emails, quotes and invoices organised. Each Maintenance call needs to be managed as a small project in order to ensure that all the necessary tasks are performed to complete the call in the most efficient way. Most rental companies don’t have the supporting systems and processes to subtly enforce a certain process flow that will yield results. This is a privilege to know that Seeff Middelburg has all the processes in place.

I am looking forward to continue with my tasks.
