With a strong supply chain background and experience of more than twenty years in corporate business development and sales, Pieter has decided to re-invent himself and venture into the commercial property market.
He is passionate about designing solutions through research and analysis of complex market issues and therefore intends a high level of client service for commercial property owners, investors and developers. Experience with large contract logistics sales deals has taught him, those successful sale
agreements are solutions driven and dependent on the value added in the sales process.
Pieter’s footprint is in the greater Stellenbosch winelands area and is focused on the marketing of commercial and industrial facilities including vacant commercial land for development.
He studied BCom in Business Economics and with an analytical background and a passion for the property market, he experiences the current property environment stimulating and filled with huge opportunity.
