Glynis' extensive experience in the commercial and retail property sector as the financial director of Murray and Roberts Properties as well as the managing director of Highpine Properties, where she was the alternate director to Julian Beare, the then managing director of Beare Holdings, inspired her move to the residential sector upon her return from a ten year tenure overseas.
Glynis works in a partnership with her husband Roger Hoaten and they have won the Seeff Kwazulu Natal Top Selling License Partnership award for four consecutive years. Glynis and Roger are sole mandate specialists and have sold the most expensive sectional title unit ever sold on the Berea.
