Darice’s journey in Real Estate began by chance when she was living in Plettenberg Bay. She was a partner in a company that specialised in irrigation and garden maintenance for holiday homes and started doing short-term rentals for the home owners. Eventually she began selling properties full time and by the time she moved to Cape Town in 2009, property was in her blood and she never looked back.
