Carol joined the Seeff Edenvale team 8 years ago on a temporary basis and has been here ever since.

She handles the conveyancing on sale properties, managing and updating sales files and carrying them through to transfer as well as the OOBA, client and attorney liaison for the sales transactions. Carol is also the branch administrator for our in house referrals.


As a mother of 3, Carol's calm but assertive nature comes naturally, which helps build relationships with attorneys and clients alike and she is able to resolve queries quickly and efficiently. She believes in customer service and has attention to detail.


Previously Carol worked for an Auctioneer Company as an administrator and receptionist.

Her knowledge of marketing and advertising has helped her in the Real Estate Industry, as both positions deal with different types of people from all walks of life which gives her much experience in the position she holds at the moment.
