My name is Bonginkosi Ngwenya, and my journey has taken me from Lanasia South to Mpumalanga and eventually to Johannesburg. I'd like to share a bit about my life and my passion for property.

I was born in Lanasia South, but my family and I moved to Mpumalanga when I was still quite young. It was in Mpumalanga that I started my career in Mechanical engineering. I found the field fascinating, and it was an exciting time in my life.

However, in 2009, I embarked on a new chapter by entering the world of real estate. I began by referring clients to Seeff Estate Agency, and I found myself increasingly drawn to the intricacies of the property market. My journey into real estate wasn't just a professional move; it was also a journey to explore my deep-seated passion for all things related to property.

Currently, I serve as an Estate Agent for Seeff Property, where I am dedicated to listing houses and guiding them to successful sales. Over the past 13 years, I have immersed myself in the world of real estate, absorbing knowledge about every aspect of the industry, from the initial listing process to sealing the deal with a satisfied buyer or seller. This extensive experience and expertise have prepared me well for my role as an Estate Agent at Seeff Property.

As I continue to apply my knowledge and skills in my current position, I am excited about the opportunity to establish and strengthen my own brand within the real estate industry.
