Johan Groenewald grew up in the Overberg and has been a part of the Swellendam community for the last 30 years. His extensive understanding of the needs, difficulties, and possibilities of his clients has led him to be successful in the Residential and Commercial Sectors of the Swellendam and surrounding area’s rental market, aiding both Landlords and Tenants to prosper with their endeavours.
Johan’s enthusiasm and passion for Real Estate stems from his passion for working with people, always determined to keep them happy and assist where needed. His extensive travels across the globe for more than 10 years, have taught him to understand people from different backgrounds and cultures, each in their own unique way. Johan has built strong relations with his clients, always aiming to do more than what is expected, and to provide each client with outstanding service, by tending to each client’s individual needs and requirements.
