We have been dealing with Helena for the past 5 months. We originally made contact with her after enquiring about a property she had available in De Tijger, Cape Town. Helena made an appointment with us to view the property and we decided to proceed with the application. Â
Helena was friendly and very helpful from the start. We experienced some issues getting our deposit in time, but Helena also worked through the challenges we experienced and assisted us until the application was successful. Â
During our stay we had numerous issues with the property and Helena as our point of contact made sure all issues were resolved. She handled everything and always made sure that we as tenants were equally happy with the results. Helena is very down to earth and I believe that she treats all her clients equally. Â
Unfortunately we are now looking for a bigger property as our needs have changed. If all goes well it would be another property that Helena has available and I can then move knowing it will be without stress and added pressure. Â

My wife and I started using the services of Helena Mckay, as our rental agent in March 2020.
