The open glass sliders spanning the length of the house invite us out to the partly covered garapa deck and solar heated rim flow pool - a lovely place to swim, sheltered in the lee of the house, enjoying a wide panorama of ocean and mountains spread before you: the misty Tsitsikamma mountains in the distance, while the Robberg Peninsula reserve is so close you feel you can almost reach out and touch it. Imagine lazy, sunlit days floating in the pool, eating al fresco with family and friends, sea birds wheeling above you, spotting whales, dolphins and seals frolicking in the sparkling waves. There is a shower beside the pool.

Back inside again, we note that the kitchen is functional, easy to work in, enclosed on three sides by counters with integrated electric cooker and soft close units, and an alcove for the fridge / freezer. Adjacent is a scullery / laundry with a pantry and leading out to a drying yard. A convenient hatch serves the dining area of the deck with its built-in wood braai. A guest toilet is close by.

The main bedroom is on this floor giving on to the deck, and of course, enjoying the same magnificent seascape. The en suite bathroom has a free standing bath, twin basins, spacious shower and, in common with the other bedrooms, the toilet is dual purpose, with bidet function.
