The name and logo Bella Mia is registered. In addition, there is an established outlet market in Oudtshoorn. There are distribution agents in Gauteng and the Southern Cape.
Other Equipment:
Other equipment consists of a 1140 John Deere orchard tractor in good working condition, an Agrico 1000 litre high pressure blower, trailer.
Falcon 1.8 m slasher, hand sprayer, fruit crates, packaging material, as well as fertilizer and poison stock.
Miscellaneous information:
There is a swimming pool, braai area and established garden. The entire garden is under an automatic irrigation system. Water for home use is provided from a borehole and purified by a UV and particle filter. The water is stored in a 5000 litre sheltered tank.
Irrigation water:
The farm is incorporated in the Schoemanshoek water system. The irrigation water is stored in a 6,000 cubic meter storage dam. Water rights are registered with the Department of Water Affairs
