Lovely holiday home within walking distance from the beach and the Village Shopping Centre has just become available. Available for a minimum of 14 nights either side of the 27th of December. Longer rental required to include Christmas and New Year.
This house can sleep 12 people. On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. There are two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other bedroom has with a three quarter and a single bed in the loft, and shares the guest bathroom. Outside stairs lead down to the bottom garden where there is another en-suite bedroom.
The outdoor entertainment area has a built in braai and side drops that shelter you from any wind. There is a loft in the boathouse that is right next to the outdoor entertainment area. The loft can sleep four people. There is a toilet & basin in the boathouse, as well as table tennis for the bad weather days.
