Newbie Bowls invites you to join the barefoot bowls revolution, the coolest new craze to hit Cape Town.
The Historic Cape Lawn Bowls club is undergoing a renaissance in the new, young, colourful era. Newbie Bowls is located in Mowbray and introduces everyone both young and old to lawn bowls like you've never seen it before.
Newbie Bowls aims to take the game to the next level and promises to be great fun for the whole family.
A Newbie Bowls day includes a fully organised round-robin competition. There is a clubhouse with bar facilities, music, prize giving and more. You can book one of two packages. The "Full Monty" includes all equipment, a full managed round robin tournament, marshals to assist with play and scoring, a demonstration, prize giving, access to the bar and clubhouse, music and photographs for only R100pp. You can also book the "Harry Casual" which includes all equipment, 2 hours of play, a demonstration and access to the bar and clubhouse.

Newbie Bowls is perfect for birthday parties, teambuilding and corporate events, bachelor/ hen parties, fundraisers and any other social get together or special event.
There is no dress code and all you need to do is arrive and play.
