Kitchen has gas stove and gas bottle which will be the responsibility of the tenant to fill at all times and when vacating to return a filled up gas bottle. Bedroom has its own bathroom consisting of shower, toilet and hand basin. Rental is inclusive of water but not Prepaid electricity. Water usage if it exceeds the usual monthly charges, then the tenant will be liable for additional charges. Parking available in front of the cottage only to avoid obstruction in the one driveway.
