Bedroom 4: 1x Double bed with ensuite bathroom perfect for a family travelling with an au pair.
The downstairs lounge is spacious and perfect for family time.

Upper level:
Main bedroom: 1x King bed with full ensuite bathroom and dressing area, the main bedroom undoubtably opens onto the balcony with ocean views.
Kitchen is equipped with a double door fridge, coffee station, gas and electric stove, oven and grill. It leads to the laundry room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
There is a dining area perfect for dining.
The cosy lounge has a fireplace and opens up onto the balcony. The lounge can be easily joined with the indoor/outdoor entertainment room with its own built-in braai area. This area can be an indoor or open area with folding glass panels for smooth transition.
