Main bedroom: queen sized bed, luxury en-suite bathroom with a freestanding tub and large walk in shower, air-conditioning and a sea view.
2nd Bedroom: queen sized bed, portable air-con and also has a sea view.
3rd Bedroom: double sized bed and free standing cooling fan.

There is a separate bathroom with large walk in shower for the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

Large tiled patio with outdoor furniture and built in braai/fire place overlooking Pennington and perfect for entertaining.

Open plan dining room and lounge with entertainment center, flat screen TV and full DSTV is air-conditioned and boasts lovely wooden floors.

Dramatic kitchen with granite counter tops, large fridge, freezer and gas stove has a seperate scullery.

Should you require more room than on offer in the main house, please request use of the additional space in the garden cottage.

Cottage: Sleeps an extra 2 people and is attached to the main house. It is an open plan area consisting of a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. A kitchenette with small stove, fridge and microwave is open plan with the lounge area which has sea views and overlooks the swimming pool.

All linen is provided but please bring along your own beach & bath towels.

DSTV connection is available but you will need to bring your own decoder and smartcard.

Optional daily cleaning service available which must be pre-arranged and booked prior to arrival. Cost is additional and will be confirmed on booking.
