The holiday home is located in Voelklip, a charming coastal town. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short 15-minute walk, you can reach Grotto Beach, which is great for swimming, or take a 5-minute drive to Voelklip Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.

Hermanus is famous for its whale-watching points. You can spend some time in town exploring the many restaurants, open-air markets, and art galleries. For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.

Perfectly designed for entertaining small groups of friends and family. The free-flowing open spaces between the TV lounge, dining room, and kitchen create a sense of easy living. The well-equipped kitchen ensures that cooking is a breeze, and a dishwasher makes washing up quick and convenient. For longer stays, a washing machine is available. When not venturing out you can stay entertained with Fiber, DSTV, and Netflix, you will also stay connected with a small inverter for the TV and internet. Pouring out from the inside to the outside deck with brick braai, ideal for winter and summer breakaways.

Bedroom one has two single beds, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, these two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Bedroom three has a queen bed and an en-suite for a little more privacy.

Secure parking space behind the gate in the driveway for vehicles and a trailer. The home is equipped with an alarm system, providing added security and peace of mind.
