Seeff Nelspruit awarded at Arabella Country Estate in Hermanus

Seeff Nelspruit was recently presented with multiple awards at Seeff's annual conference at the beautiful Arabella Country Estate in Hermanus.

Nationally Seeff is represented by more than 220 offices, divided into five categories; 11 Division 1 offices, 22 Division 2 offices, and more than 180 offices ranging from division 3 to 5.

Seeff Nelspruit received the first award for the Winner Most Improved Licensee of the Year Division 2, and the second award for the Winner Highest Commission Division 2, and the third award for Finalist Marketer of the Year Division 2.

Christoph Brink, Financial Manager and Residential Rental Manager, received a Long Service Award for 10 years' service.                                                       

The Principals of the office, Mechiel and Carien Brink, also walked away with the award for the Best-dressed couple at a Star Wars themed evening.

Two of Seeff Nelspruit`s agents recently qualified as Achiever Agents, one in residential sales and the other in residential rentals.

The Brink Family bought the Seeff License to trade in Mpumalanga Lowveld in 2000.

Within three years this office received several appraisals acknowledging the quality and strength of their business. These awards included Licensee of the Year (twice), Marketer of the Year (twice), Most improved Licensee, Shop front of the year (twice) and numerous runner-up prizes.

Seeff Nelspruit also received the award for Best in Bank Assisted Sales and in 2007 readers of the local newspaper The Lowvelder voted Seeff the Best Estate Agent in Nelspruit.
