Off The Wall Poetry is a weekly event that takes place every Thursday night at A Touch of Madness in Observatory.
This weekly gathering of word nerds is the perfect thing to do on a Thursday night for anyone with a passion for poetry. Poets, both famous and infamous, known and unknown, get together to recite, read or write poetry and if you don't want to take part you can simply stop by to listen.

The restaurant itself is popular and beloved among locals where everyone is welcome. It attracts a diverse crowd from students to young families and their street food inspired menu features an eclectic range of everything from burgers and ribs to nachos, bunny chows and falafels. There are also a number of vegetarian and vegan options available.
A Touch of Madness also hosts other exciting events such as GO on Tuesdays, Chess on Wednesdays, and DJs, beer festivals, and LGTBQIA-positive and Electro-Swing parties on the weekends. You can also enjoy Happy Hour every day from 5-6pm.
The restaurant has specials almost every day of the week including Taco Tuesday, Wine Wednesday and Thirsty Thursday. As if all that wasn't enough you can also host your own event at A Touch of Madness. There are 4 indoor and 2 outdoor spaces that suit every occasion.
