New Montpellier development in Craigavon now selling off-plan

Category News

A brand new freehold residential development in the heart of Craigavon, Fourways was recently launched.

Dave Lewis, Developments Manager at Seeff Sandton, says Montpellier is marketed and sold by the developer and that some of the 38 privately walled full title cluster homes have already been reserved off-plan.

“There are many reasons for the strong interest in Montpellier including its great location, easy access to the newly upgraded Cedar road and the fact that it is a freehold investment without the rules and regulations of sectional title.

Montpellier represents a great investment opportunity for young aspiring home owners, working professionals and buy-to-let investors alike and offers a haven of tranquillity in the midst of frenetic Fourways growth. Another benefit is that there is no transfer duty payable”.

Lewis continues that the average stand size of the homes is a manageable 206m2, but that there are also smaller and bigger units. The homes are all double storey and have either two or three bedrooms.

Package prices start from R2 million up to around R2.6 million and the architecture is contemporary and thoughtful emphasising intelligently designed space and practical functionality.”

Lewis adds some features of the homes include unique open-end garages, modern open plan living areas, designer kitchens with granite tops and popular branded appliances, entertainment areas with private Value Fenced gardens, covered patios and braai areas, Hansgrohe taps and mixers, fibre internet and double automated garages with steel doors. Some plans also include walk in closets and bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies.

Lewis concludes that the estate will be very secure with a guard house and 24 hour access controlled security.

“The complex will be surrounded by eight strand electric fencing, with guard house and CCTV cameras ensuring that you and your family are safe and secure in your home and give you peace of mind to relax in your home”.
