We have seen the lifestyle needs of retirement buyers change over the last few years and there is demand from older buyers looking for homes in developments which suit their changing lifestyles and we can now also offer this in Strand. Mr Vermaak says further that the development fills a gap for new retirement options and Seeff expects high demand for the units.
