He then formed Garlington Sales and Rental and he and Joan became partners in 2019. They operated for two years before they acquired the licence from Seeff for Hilton, Howick, and Nottingham Road.

Two years later they acquired the licence for Pietermaritzburg. Despite their journey starting during a recession, they have grown to 17 agents over the three branches. Supporting, guiding, and helping clients find their dream property in this exceptional area of Kwazulu-Natal.

Sean and Joan and their team pride themselves in having one of the best Seeff branches in 2023. They have two Chairman’s Awards each and can proudly say they have achieved many accolades over the years including being awarded an Excellence Top Achiever Award for selling licensees in 2021.
