The travelling time from Pretoria to OR Tambo International Airport is approximately 43 minutes (51,8 km) via the R21. Travelling to Lanseria Airport will take you approximately 50 minutes (59,8 km) via Ben Schoeman Freeway or the N1/N14. These times are dependent on traffic.

The subtropical climate of Pretoria works well to serve the city's lush parks and growing gardens.
