Tekkies Kotze settled in Witsand in 2018 after purchasing The Anchorage Beach Restaurant & Bar. During his first year of running the restaurant, he noticed that most visitors quickly fell in love with Witsand — many asking about the properties available in the area.

Having gone through the process of finding his own dream home in Witsand, Tekkies could easily relate to their excitement and curiosity. This inspired him to take the next step and knock on Seeff’s door to begin his career as a Property Practitioner.
