Pauline Mchattie

My name is Pauline McHattie. I am a Candidate Property Practitioner here at Seeff Mosselbay. Originally from Gauteng, I’ve been lucky enough to call Mossel Bay my home for the past four years. Moving here gave me not only the chance to enjoy the beauty of this town, but also the opportunity to grow personally and professionally, doing what I love.

My journey began back in 2013, when I started overseeing maintenance for rental homes. That role sparked an interest in me for the rental industry and soon led me into a more dedicated role in the Agency. Over the years, I continued to develop and grow. I maintained a small company in residential property maintenance, which grew into a family business. This strengthened my practical knowledge and I gained valuable experience in client service and tenant relations. It was in 2023 that I decided to complete my qualification in real estate and rejoin the industry with a renewed focus and energy.

Coming from a small business environment, I developed a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a people-first approach. I understand that renting out your property or finding a place to live can be a big step – sometimes even stressful. That’s why I focus on making the process as smooth and transparent as possible, offering hands-on support every step of the way!

What drives me most is the relationships I build. For landlords, it’s about peace of mind – knowing their property is cared for and their investment protected. For tenants, it’s about finding more than just a house, but a place they can call home.
