In the area there are many activities, ferry rides, boating, fishing, swimming, surfing, canoeing, shark cage diving are just a few options. From May to November there is also the possibility of whale watching. Various routes have been mapped out, and these include an art route, and the fragrance route. There are also many hiking trails in the area.
