I have been part of Seeff Hermanus for nine years, specialising in Short Stay and holiday accommodation. Over the years, I have grown an established portfolio of holiday homes and built wonderful relationships with property owners, guests and families who return to Hermanus year after year.

I work closely with my owners to prepare and position their properties for the holiday rental market, establish realistic seasonal rates, market their homes and manage the day-to-day requirements that come with welcoming paying guests.

From bookings and guest communication to cleaning coordination, property preparation and identifying maintenance concerns, I provide owners with a local point of contact who knows their property and keeps them informed.
