This family-friendly home is located in Voelklip, a charming coastal suburb. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short walk to Voelklip Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is a 15-minute drive away.

This spacious double-storey home in Voëlklip is ideal for families and friends, offering comfortable living spaces, great entertainment areas and beautiful mountain views.

Downstairs features a second kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge with sliding doors opening onto a spacious, fully enclosed garden, ideal for children to play. Four bedrooms are located on this level, one with a queen-size bed and three with two single beds each, sharing two bathrooms. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards and ceiling fans.

Upstairs offers a bright, open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring an air fryer, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. The lounge includes a Smart TV for streaming from personal accounts and an indoor fireplace. A second dining area and a cosy reading corner with a desk complete the space. Perfect for summer and winter stays.

Sliding doors open onto a covered balcony with a built-in braai and outdoor dining area, while a second sunny balcony offers lovely mountain views.

The upstairs main bedroom features a queen-size bed, ample cupboard space and a full en-suite bathroom, with an additional guest bathroom for convenience.

Additional amenities include an inverter, alarm system, a single garage with a washing machine and secure shaded parking behind a gate.

**Monthly Short-Stay Bookings**

**Booking Period & Availability**
* Please contact the agent to confirm availability.
* This property is available for short-stay bookings only, with a minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum stay of 3 months.
* Monthly bookings, if available, are offered only until 30 November.
* Monthly bookings are not available during December and January peak season.
* Unfortunately, we do not accommodate viewings on Short Stay unit.

**Payments & Deposits**
* A half-month rental is required as a breakage deposit, refundable after the spring clean inspection.
* 50% of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates, remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival.
* A spring clean fee applies to all bookings of 28 days or more.

**Utilities & Services**
* The following are included in the booking fees: Fibre / Alarm / Garden Service
* Water and electricity are included; however, usage is monitored. Should consumption be considered excessive, the owner reserves the right to recover additional costs.
* For stays exceeding 28 days, guests are required to arrange their own housekeeper at least every second week.

**Occupancy & Property Use**
* The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.

**Linen, Towels & Supplies**
* One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking.
* No additional linen or towels are supplied.
* Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
* This is a self-catering property. Housekeeping services are not included and must be arranged privately by the guest.

**Pets & Smoking**
* No pets are permitted. If the owner grants prior written approval, a pet cleaning fee of R350.00 will apply.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

**Entertainment & Internet**
* Guests must log in using their own streaming accounts such as Netflix and DSTV Stream.

**General**
