Modern apartment with stunning views over Intaka Island

This secure, beautifully landscaped mixed-use estate is conveniently situated on the N1 highway, and offers easy access to the V&A Waterfront, the beaches of the West Coast and Atlantic Seaboard, and to both the Southern and Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

Modern, proper 1 bedroom apartment with spacious open kitchen and lounge. The kitchen offers the latest finishes, white granite countertops and a gas stove. The lounge leads out onto a balcony with breathtaking views over Intake Island towards the Durbanville hills. Master bedroom En-suite (with shower) and built-ins. The bedroom has laminated flooring and the rest of the apartment is tiled. 1 Secure basement parking bay with elevator access to the apartment.

The location of Waters Edge within Century City is unique, straddling the divide between two of the estate’s most popular – and most contrasting – attractions. The strip of land the development occupies neighbours the pulsating retail paradise of Canal Walk Shopping Centre on one side, and the award-winning, 16-hectare nature reserve of Intaka Island on the other. Waters Edge is directly across the road from an entrance into Canal Walk.
