There is a low wall separating the bedroom area from the Kitchen. Fully tiled throughout. French doors lead out to a small courtyard garden with a outdoor table and chairs as well as an outdoor shower.

Secure uncovered parking bay. Borehole water with back up water tank. Fibre, water and electricity is included (except for the winter months being May to end August where there is a monthly contribution of R650. Lights & fibre operate during load-shedding. Gas consumption is for the tenants cost and cleaning required at least once a month by Sweepsouth at a cost of R350 per visit. Only suitable for a single person and quiet person due to your fellow residents. Minimum lease is 12 months. Unfortunately no pets are allowed.
