For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.

This family-friendly home is located in Voelklip, a charming coastal suburb. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short walk to Voelklip Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is a 15-minute drive away.

This double-storey home is ideal for entertaining family and friends, offering inviting indoor and outdoor spaces. Downstairs features a well-equipped kitchen and scullery with a dishwasher and washing machine, alongside a dining area and comfortable lounge. Sliding doors open onto a spacious, fully enclosed back garden, perfect for children to play safely. An outdoor braai is conveniently located just outside the kitchen door.

Bedrooms 1 & 2 have Queen beds, bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and pull-out single bed, great for children. These three bedrooms share two bathrooms.

Upstairs is bright and airy, with large windows and sliding doors opening onto a balcony with a braai and magnificent mountain views, perfect for enjoying a sunset glass of wine. The comfortable TV lounge and library offer beautiful sea views, with fibre internet and a Smart TV for streaming your favourite shows.

The main bedroom features a queen-size bed, beautiful sea views, a private balcony overlooking the mountains, a full en-suite bathroom and ample cupboard space.

The property is fully walled and equipped with an alarm system, offering secure gated parking for up to three vehicles.

**Monthly Short-Stay Bookings**

Please note before enquiring:

**Booking Period & Availability**
* Please contact the agent to confirm availability.
* This property is available for short-stay bookings only, with a minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum stay of 3 months.
* Monthly bookings, if available, are offered only until 30 November.
* Monthly bookings are not available during December and January peak season.
* Unfortunately, we do not accommodate viewings on Short Stay unit.

**Payments & Deposits**
* A half-month rental is required as a breakage deposit, refundable after the spring clean inspection.
* 50% of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates; the remaining 50% is payable 30 days before arrival.
* A spring clean fee applies to all bookings of 28 days or more.

**Utilities & Services**
* The following are included in the booking fees: Fibre / Alarm / Garden Service
* Water and electricity are included; however, usage is monitored. Should consumption be considered excessive, the owner reserves the right to recover additional costs.
* For stays exceeding 28 days, guests are required to arrange their own housekeeper at least every second week.

**Occupancy & Property Use**
* The property accommodates a maximum of 7 guests.
* Garage access is not available.

**Linen, Towels & Supplies**
*One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking.
* No additional linen or towels are supplied.
* Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
* This is a self-catering property. Housekeeping services are not included and must be arranged privately by the guest.

**Pets & Smoking**
*Pets by owner's approval only. If the owner grants prior written approval, a pet cleaning fee of R350.00 will apply.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

**Entertainment & Internet**
* Guests must log in using their own streaming accounts such as Netflix and DSTV Stream.

**General**
