Malmok Cottage 33 is located in the heart of Vermont, a charming coastal suburb. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short 10-minute walk, you can reach Breakfast Bay Beach, which is great for swimming, or a longer stroll to Onrus Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.

This spaciouse 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home itself is a dream come true, situated in a central location within walking distance to cliff paths and the salt pan. It has all the essentials, so all you need to bring are your suitcases.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area is filled with natural light, with beautiful mountain and indigenous garden views. Furnished practically and colorfully for easy use. The home has a full kitchen with oven / stove, dishwasher, and washing machine, making longer stays convenient. In the lounge, there is a SmartTV & Iron Cast fireplace. Fiber available so that guests can log in to their own streaming accounts. Step outside surrounded by nature with a splash pool to keep cool during summer.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with en-suite and outdoor shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a single bed with en-suite and outdoor shower, sliding doors open up onto the splash pool and garden. Both bedrooms have built-in cupboards, so plenty of space to unpack.

Parking is available behind the gate for one vehicle. The home is also equipped with an alarm for added security.

**RENTAL INFORMATION**
- A half-month rental fee is required as a breakage deposit.
- A spring clean fee will apply.

**Booking Period & Availability**
* Please contact the agent to confirm availability.
* This property is available for short-stay bookings only, with a minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum stay of 3 months.
* Monthly bookings, if available, are offered only until 30 November.
* Monthly bookings are not available during the December and January peak season.
* Unfortunately, we do not accommodate viewings on Short Stay unit.

**Payments & Deposits**
* A half-month rental is required as a breakage deposit, refundable after the spring clean inspection.
* A 50% of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates, remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival.
* A spring clean fee applies to all bookings of 28 days or more.

**Utilities & Services**
* The following are included in the booking fees: Alarm / Fibre / Gas/ Garden Service
* Water and electricity are included; however, usage is monitored. Should consumption be considered excessive, the owner reserves the right to recover additional costs.
* For stays exceeding 28 days, guests are required to arrange their own housekeeper at least every second week.

**Occupancy & Property Use**
* The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
* The property may be shared with owners, with separate private entrances to their unit at the back of the property.
* Access to a garage not available.

**Linen, Towels & Supplies**
*One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking.
* No additional linen or towels are supplied.
* Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
* This is a self-catering property. Housekeeping services are not included and must be arranged privately by the guest.

**Pets & Smoking**
* Small pets by owner's written approval only. A pet deposit and pet cleaning fee will be applied.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

**Entertainment & Internet**
* Guests must log in using their own streaming accounts, such as Netflix and DSTV Stream.

**General**
