Holiday House 7Bee is located in the heart of Onrus, a charming coastal town. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short 5-minute walk, you can reach Davies Tidal Pool, which is great for swimming, or take a 20-minute stroll to Onrus Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.

The house offers generous, light-filled living spaces designed for both leisure and convenience. Enjoy an indoor braai with its own dining area, a luxury coffee bar and TV, as well as direct access to the garage with a washing machine. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows seamlessly into the dining area and TV lounge, which also features a dedicated office desk and a small gym area for guests who wish to stay productive and active during their stay. Central air-conditioning services the living areas, and the home is exceptionally well equipped and tastefully decorated throughout.

Accommodation in the house includes three bedrooms. Bedroom one offers twin beds, bedroom two a queen bed, and these two rooms share a full bathroom. The third bedroom provides added privacy with a king-size bed, TV, and a full en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning and built-in cupboards, making the home ideal for longer stays.

Fibre internet and backup power ensure you remain connected at all times. Secure parking is provided in a double garage, with additional gated parking available. The fully walled property offers a safe outdoor space for children to play freely, and the home is equipped with an alarm system for added peace of mind.

**Monthly Short-Stay Bookings**

Please note before enquiring:

**Booking Period & Availability**
* Please contact the agent to confirm availability.
* This property is available for short-stay bookings only, with a minimum stay of 1 month and a maximum stay of 3 months.
* Monthly bookings, if available, are offered only until 30 November.
* Monthly bookings are not available during December and January peak season.
* Unfortunately, we do not accommodate viewings on Short Stay unit.

**Payments & Deposits**
* A half-month rental is required as a breakage deposit, refundable after the spring clean inspection.
* A 50% of the booking fee will be payable to secure dates, the remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival.
* A spring clean fee applies to all bookings of 28 days or more.

**Utilities & Services**
* The following are included in the booking fees: Fibre / DSTV / Alarm / Garden Service
* Water and electricity are included; however, usage is monitored. Should consumption be considered excessive, the owner reserves the right to recover additional costs.
* For stays exceeding 28 days, guests are required to arrange their own housekeeper at least every second week.

**Occupancy & Property Use**
* The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
* The property may be shared with the other guests, with a separate private entrance to a Studio.

**Linen, Towels & Supplies**
*One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking.
* No additional linen or towels are supplied.
* Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
* This is a self-catering property. Housekeeping services are not included and must be arranged privately by the guest.

**Pets & Smoking**
*No pets are permitted.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

**Entertainment & Internet**
* Guests must log in using their own streaming accounts, such as Netflix.
