Within a short 10-minute walk, you can reach Davies tidal pool, which is great for swimming, or take a 15-minute stroll to Onrus Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.

Hermanus is famous for its whale-watching points. You can spend some time in town exploring the many restaurants, open-air markets, and art galleries. For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.

The holiday home offers a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and entertainment. The light-filled, open-plan TV lounge flows seamlessly into a beautifully appointed, fully equipped kitchen, creating the perfect space for family and friends to gather. Stacking doors from the kitchen open onto a private courtyard with a covered outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying leisurely breakfasts or evening meals. The TV lounge also opens onto a secure, enclosed garden with a portable braai, providing a safe space for children to play. Alternatively, simply cross the road to the children's play park for even more family fun.

When you're not out exploring Hermanus and the surrounding attractions, stay connected with fibre, allowing you to stream to your own Netflix or DStv accounts. Whether you're visiting in the warmth of summer or the cosy winter months, it's the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine and a good book.

The fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering effortless and includes thoughtful extras such as a Nespresso coffee machine and an air fryer. A dishwasher and washing machine are also provided, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay from start to finish.

The main bedroom is fitted with a double bed and offers ample closet space for unpacking. It also has an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Bedroom 2 features a queen bed, while bedroom 3 has two single beds. These two rooms share a full bathroom.

Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. The home is equipped with an alarm system for peace of mind when stepping out.

- A one-month rental fee is required as a breakage deposit.
- An exit cleaning fee will apply.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**

- Rentals are for short stays only; inquiries for long-term rentals will not be responded to.
- Month-to-month rentals, if available, are offered only until 30 November, with a maximum rental period of 3 months (no exceptions).
- Rentals during December/January are not available.
- All rental and amenity fees must be paid for the booked period in advance.
- No pets are allowed. If the owner grants an exception, a pet cleaning fee will apply.
- These are self-catering accommodations; housekeeping services are not included, and guests must arrange their own.
- One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking; no additional linen or towels are supplied.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- Guests must log in with their own streaming accounts.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Garage access is not available.
