This breathtaking farm is situated only 5km outside of Riversdale, the town of the Sleeping beauty.

Water
The farm is served by a lei-water furrow from the Korentepoort dam irrigation system served by a water bailiff twice daily.
There is a canal servitude over the property. The water is received at a about 30m head and thus all gravity irrigated.
The reticulation is underground. All the pastures are pressure irrigated.
Water allocation use allocation in terms of the old flood irrigated hectarage – total being 20 ha –140 000m3 per annum from the scheme of the Korentepoort dam.
