The camp consists of 1 x 8 sleeper cabin, 3 x 4 sleeper cabins, 3 x 2 sleeper cabins as well as the main house which consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has been fitted with solar panels and an inverter system to keep the house running during load shedding. All the cabins have air conditioners, fans and have beach access over the Kelso railway line to the magical Kelso Beach. There is a lovely bar and entertainment area which is perfect for special birthdays, small weddings or parties as you book out the whole camp.
Sale Conditions: Two long term staff members to be retained by the new owners, The liquor Licence and bar stock are not included in the sale and must be negotiated independently with the seller. All items in the main house are not included in the sale but certain items can be negotiated separately. Certain personal tools in the workshop can be purchased over and above the sale price.
