It is a wonderful half way stop for travelers between Johannesburg and Cape Town or the Eastern Cape. .

The resort offers 79 beds and 16 camping sites with electricity and a spacious venue hall for weddings or conferences. Most of the units have a spectacular view over the Orange River. The units vary from luxury en suite rooms to semi self-catering units. Adjacent to the camping site is a spacious venue hall, ideal for weddings, conferences or team building. Fishing, canoeing and hiking is some of the activities on site.

There are two full houses on site, one for the owner and one for the manager. The owner's house is a two bedroom, modern; thatch roof, each bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The four bedroom, two bathroom manager's house is adjacent to the restaurant to make it that little bit more convenient.
