This small holding is situated near Bot River on the historical old Houwhoek Pass. The property is adjacent to the Kogelberg nature reserve. There are four compost toilets on the property - you'll save water.

Security: the area where the farming activities and homestead is located is fenced and guarded by four large breed dogs. In ten years no crime was experienced.
