Smart two bed near the Civic Center

Ross Street is a quiet street right at the Adams Road junction with the N2 - Galleria and Arbour Crossing are just a few minutes away. The Civic Center and sports fields are within walking distance and Amanzimtoti High School are less than a five-minute drive. Toti central train station is a five-minute walk.

This third-floor unit is quite large at 92 sq meters and has a distant sea view across old Toti town center.
It is tiled throughout. The kitchen is modern with black granite tops, a double sink and light-colored woodgrain doors. Bedrooms have ample built-in cupboards and share a full bathroom (bath, shower, toilet) plus there is a separate toilet.

There is one undercover parking bay and a 10 sq meter storeroom for those things that get in the way in a flat.
This is a great starter home and is very convenient for anyone commuting into Durban.

Amanzimtoti is a coastal town just south of Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. According to local legend, when the Zulu King, Shaka, led his army down the South Coast on a raid against the Pondos in 1828, he rested on the banks of a river. When drinking the water, he exclaimed “Kanti amanzi mtoti” (isiZulu: “So, the water is sweet”). The river came to be known as Amanzimtoti (“Sweet Waters”). The Zulu word for “sweet” is actually mnandi, but, as Shaka’s mother had the name Nandi, he invented the word to replace mnandi out of respect not to wear out her name. Locals frequently refer to the town as “Toti”

The town is well known for its warm climate and numerous beaches, and is a popular tourist destination, particularly w
