The garden is very well kept and neat, with beautiful lawn and established flower beds. All the watering is managed from the 2 x 5000 litre tanks, as well as smaller tank fitted with electric pump. The whole stand is fenced in by neat devil's fork palisade fence, with pedestrian gate and electric sliding gate for vehicles.

All in all a very practical property, spacious, well situated in a good residential area, in close proximity to the schools and supermarkets. There is also potential for a work-from-home office, especially as the property offers plenty of space for parking if one should so choose.
