IRRIGATION FARM FOR SALE: ALBERTINIA

This farm is approximately 202,7259 ha in size consisting of 2 title deeds.

Farming mainly consists of 117 Ha dry land cropping & livestock, 52 Ha irrigation (mainly Lucerne). The remaining 30 Ha consists of fynbos/ renoster veld, and the river gorges.

Two river frontages of the Vals River provides water for irrigation. The 22kW pump is used to pump water to the storage dam from where the irrigation takes place with a smaller pump. The second 18kW pump services pivot and permanent irrigations systems.
