This farm is situated in the heart of our Duine area and between Gouritsmond and Stillbay.
+/- 615 ha farm fully fenced with 2.4m game fencing. There are various buildings including a stunning Lapa, 4 Chalets, large barn, smaller barn, very contemporary hunters house and laborers house.
The cozy and elegant Lapa with the four Chalets was well planned, with good layout, stylish finishes and ensures relaxing and very enjoyable days & evenings throughout the year.
The Lapa has a bar facility, in- and outdoor braai areas, lovely lounge with open plan kitchen, separate laundry and scullery, two toilets, a shower and a lovely stoep....all of this with the stunning view over the fields, mountain and various game.
Each Chalet offers a beautiful spacious room with en-suite bathroom and cozy stoep.

There is a kitchen, gorgeous entertainment area with a built in braai, separate toilet, two large bedrooms that currently sleeps four per room, each room with an en-suite bathroom and stoep with breathtakingly beautiful views.

The outbuildings include a large barn for the tractors and other implements, a smaller barn with slaughtering and cooling facilities and a laborers house.
There are two solar systems of 5KWA each. Water is derived from a strong borehole with a solar pump. Water for the hunters house must be transported to the tanks. As you enter the farm there is a Boma.
Various livestock currently on the farm like Kudu, Zebra, Springbuck, Eland, Hartebees, Waterbuck, Blue- & Gold Wildebeest, Blesbok, Sables, Gemsbok, Duikers and Grysbok. Various grass species and beautiful fynbos.
Numerous paths to take you across the farm with a view over the Langeberge and Stillbay. Firebreaks around the farm with exits in the fencing.
