The second bedroom has four single beds, which can be left as such or pushed together to form a king size. It also boasts a full en-suite and a balcony. The third bedroom is equipped with a king bed and full en-suite. The fourth is downstairs also with a balcony overlooking the ski canal and a full en-suite.

Downstairs there is another lounge with DSTV, it features a wood fireplace, sliding doors to a balcony overlooking the canals and ocean and is open plan to the dining room. The dining area also opens onto the balcony, it has access to a courtyard with a gas BBQ and the separate laundry, with washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is open plan to the dining area, features a walk in fridge, granite counter tops, gas hob and a breakfast nook. There is a games room with a pool table and couch downstairs that open up onto a deck with a little beach and outside shower.
