On the ground floor:
Four double-sized en-suite bedrooms, each with twin extra length single beds, configured into king-size beds.
Two of these en-suite bedrooms have baths in addition to a shower, toilet and basin.
A kitchenette with microwave, kettle and refrigerator and a TV lounge.
A protected covered patio that overlooks a solar-heated private swimming pool, with a large canter-levered umbrella to provide shade on the pool deck. A boma with surround seating for pleasant evening get-togethers around a cosy fire, doubles as an outside BBQ / braai area.
On the upstairs floor:
A large, open plan living area comprising a spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen.
The lounge opens by stacking, fold-away glass doors to create a large entertainment area that flows out onto the surrounding sea facing balcony, where there is a built-in gas barbeque. From up there, sit back, relax, and watch the ocean, while delighted by dolphins and whale sightings, and the occasional orca.
In the lounge, there is a flat-screen TV, NAD sound system, DVD player and Explora and DSTV encoders. Wi-Fi throughout is included.
The dining room table and chairs provides seating for 12 and there are two under-counter beverage coolers and a hostess food warmer.
The fully equipped kitchen with granite tops, includes two combination Bosch Fridge / freezer units, microwave, air fryer, electric as well as gas cooking hob and an electric oven. Ample crockery and cutlery allow for 18 persons to be catered for in one sitting. The centre island houses a reverse osmosis water filtering system.
There is a separate scullery with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a chest freezer.
The main bedroom is on the upper floor, en-suite with full bathroom including a shower and a spa-bath.
The TV is in the cupboard behind a double swing door, and this bedroom opens onto an upper deck terrace.
On the street entrance there is a double garage and two outside parking bays for guest.
