Hermanus is famous for its whale-watching points. You can spend some time in town exploring the many restaurants, open-air markets, and art galleries. For more adventure, you can take a drive to the Big Cat Sanctuary in Stanford or enjoy a wine tour in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley. There's plenty to see and do, ensuring you'll create lasting memories during your stay.

The home provides a variety of entertainment options, with a selection of indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy. The main house has an open-plan TV lounge and kitchen; a sliding door leads to a courtyard with an outdoor braai and another separate entertainment area. When you're not out exploring, you can stay entertained with Fibre available for streaming from your Netflix or DSTV accounts. A mini UPS keeps the Wifi and TV up and running, so you will stay connected always. Whether it's summer or winter, you can unwind with a glass of wine and a good book on the undercover front patio. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, and a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing machine in the garage add convenience for longer stays.

The main bedroom is fitted with a queen bed and offers ample closet space for unpacking. It also has an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Bedroom 2 has two single beds; bedroom 3 features a double bed. These two rooms share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

A big bonus: a separate entrance Studio with an open-plan TV lounge and kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom is perfect for teens or a nanny.

Parking is available in a single garage, and there is extra parking in front of the garage in the driveway for two vehicles. The home is equipped with an alarm system, ensuring your peace of mind.

Booking Notes

**Self-Catering Accommodation Notice** Rates are quoted per unit and may be subject to change without notice. On arrival, guests will be provided with an initial supply of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, basic cleaning supplies, and refuse bags. These items are not replenished during the stay. One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking. No spare linen or towels are supplied. Guests must bring their own beach towels. Please note that this accommodation does not include housekeeping services. Guests are responsible for making their own housekeeping arrangements if required. Where internet access is available, guests must log in to their own streaming accounts such as Netflix and DSTV Stream. **Payments, Banking & Refunds** All payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). A 50% of the booking fee will payable to secure dates, remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival. In order to process any breakage deposit refund, the guest is required to provide valid proof of bank account details. Refunds will only be made to the bank account from which the original payment was received and where the account holder details correspond. Acceptable proof of banking details shall consist of an official bank confirmation letter or a recent bank statement reflecting the account holder’s name, bank name, and account number. Failure to provide the required proof of banking details shall result in the forfeiture of the breakage deposit, and no refund will be processed. All short stay accommodation bookings are subject to availability and the Terms and Conditions of Seeff National Marketing, as amended from time to time.
