Holiday House 7Bee is located in the heart of Onrus, a charming coastal town. It offers convenient access to various attractions and amenities. Within a short 5-minute walk, you can reach Davies Tidal Pool, which is great for swimming, or take a 20-minute stroll to Onrus Beach for a day of sun and sand. If you're in the mood for shopping or catching a movie, the Whale Coast Mall is just up the road.
The main house offers generous, light-filled living spaces designed for both leisure and convenience. Enjoy an indoor braai with its own dining area, a luxury coffee bar and TV, as well as direct access to the garage with a washing machine. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows seamlessly into the dining area and TV lounge, which also features a dedicated office desk and a small gym area for guests who wish to stay productive and active during their stay. Central air-conditioning services the living areas, and the home is exceptionally well equipped and tastefully decorated throughout.
Accommodation in the main house includes three bedrooms. Bedroom one offers twin beds, bedroom two a queen bed, and these two rooms share a full bathroom. The third bedroom provides added privacy with a king-size bed, TV, and a full en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning and built-in cupboards, making the home ideal for longer stays.
The separate studio, with its own private entrance, is a stylish open-plan space featuring a cosy lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom with an en-suite shower. Guests can relax on the king-size bed, enjoy air-conditioning, and make use of the Smart TV with DSTV or their own streaming services. The kitchen includes an oven, stove, fridge, microwave, and air fryer, ensuring complete self-catering comfort.
Fibre internet and backup power ensure you remain connected at all times. Secure parking is provided in a double garage, with additional gated parking available. The fully walled property offers a safe outdoor space for children to play freely, and the home is equipped with an alarm system for added peace of mind.

**Self-Catering Accommodation Notice**
Rates are quoted per unit and may be subject to change without notice.
On arrival, guests will be provided with an initial supply of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, basic cleaning supplies, and refuse bags. These items are not replenished during the stay.
One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking. No spare linen or towels are supplied. Guests must bring their own beach towels.
Please note that this accommodation does not include housekeeping services. Guests are responsible for making their own housekeeping arrangements if required.
Where internet access is available, guests must log in to their own streaming accounts such as Netflix and DSTV Stream.
**Payments, Banking & Refunds**
All payments must be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
A 50% of the booking fee will payable to secure dates, remaining 50% payable 30 days before arrival.
In order to process any breakage deposit refund, the guest is required to provide valid proof of bank account details. Refunds will only be made to the bank account from which the original payment was received and where the account holder details correspond.
Acceptable proof of banking details shall consist of an official bank confirmation letter or a recent bank statement reflecting the account holder’s name, bank name, and account number.
Failure to provide the required proof of banking details shall result in the forfeiture of the breakage deposit, and no refund will be processed.
All short stay accommodation bookings are subject to availability and the Terms and Conditions of Seeff National Marketing, as amended from time to time.
